EchoSpan
EchoSpan provides web-based 360-degree feedback reviews that organizations can shape around their own surveys, rating scales, workflows, messages, and report appearance. Reports offer more than 500 customization options and can be run individually or in batches. AI features can produce editable surveys and turn ratings into summaries and action guides. Project Autopilot schedules feedback events and emails on a customer-defined timetable. Surveys can be completed on mobile and desktop devices, and projects can run in more than 100 languages, including several at once. HRIS data exchange is available through file-based methods and APIs, and the Professional Plus plan lists API access. SAML 2.0 single sign-on is supported. Essentials allows up to 20 respondents per feedback recipient; Professional and Professional Plus allow up to 100. EchoSpan lists a free plan and a 14-day trial requested through a form. Annual plan prices vary by recipient count and selected features. The company says every subscription includes U.S.-based email support and complimentary administrator training.
