Visitor Management Accelerate lists registration, kiosk branding, visitor logs, legal documents, badge printing, touchless sign-in, and Slack and Teams integration. The Deliveries plan supports scanning or manually recording deliveries, matching recipients, notifications, and delivery analytics. Eden lists 40+ integrations, including calendars, access control, directory services, and document storage. It runs on Android, iOS, and web. A 14-day desk-booking trial can be arranged after a brief demo. Eden says it is SOC 2 compliant and encrypts data in transit with TLS 1.2+ and at rest with AES256. Pricing varies by module and plan: Desk Booking Accelerate is $2.25 a month monthly or $3 a month annually, sold in sets of 25 desks.
Gfacility
Gfacility is a cloud platform that brings IT, facility, and workplace service management into a shared service catalogue, backlog, and cross-domain dashboard. IT tools cover incident, change, and problem management, CMDB asset management, time tracking, workflow automation, request fulfilment, and analytics. Facility features include helpdesk, work orders, a knowledge base, asset management, inspections, maintenance planning, vendor and contract management, and fleet management. Workplace features cover room and desk booking, room signage, visitor management, catering, and workplace insights. Its AI can classify, enrich, and route requests, and the maker says it can close level-1 tickets without human involvement when safe. It says automatic resolutions are limited to high-confidence cases with reversible actions, which are logged and can be reversed from an audit view. Gfacility states that it is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, with EU data residency, encryption, SSO, SCIM, and record-level role-based access. A 30-day trial is offered without a credit card, with access to selected modules and personal onboarding. Pricing is available on request.
