In their own words

Eden Workplace

Eden Workplace brings desk booking, room scheduling, visitor management, deliveries, and internal ticketing into one workplace platform. Employees can reserve desks by the hour or day, ahead of time or on the day, through web, Slack, Teams, or the Eden app. Desk occupancy metrics help teams understand space use. Room scheduling includes floor-plan booking, recurring reservations, occupancy analytics, and tablet display panels; teams can require check-in and release rooms after a configured no-show window. Visitor Management Accelerate lists registration, kiosk branding, visitor logs, legal documents, badge printing, touchless sign-in, and Slack and Teams integration. The Deliveries plan supports scanning or manually recording deliveries, matching recipients, notifications, and delivery analytics. Eden lists 40+ integrations, including calendars, access control, directory services, and document storage. It runs on Android, iOS, and web. A 14-day desk-booking trial can be arranged after a brief demo. Eden says it is SOC 2 compliant and encrypts data in transit with TLS 1.2+ and at rest with AES256. Pricing varies by module and plan: Desk Booking Accelerate is $2.25 a month monthly or $3 a month annually, sold in sets of 25 desks.
