The platform maintains exhibit logs at both session and case level, with exportable hyperlinks. Additional modules support witness preparation, arbitration, mediation, hearings, and trials. Its video conferencing feature lists HD audio and video, screen sharing, breakout rooms, waiting rooms, and end-to-end encryption. Supported file types include PDF, Office documents, text, image, audio, and video; non-audio and video files are converted to PDF. eDepoze is available on the web and iOS. The maker recommends at least 5 Mbps upload and download speeds for the best experience and notes that performance can depend on connection speed and document size. A 30-day trial is listed. Session and event fees vary by role and event, while annual subscription and enterprise plan prices are available by contacting eDepoze.
