Mailmeteor

Mailmeteor runs personalized email campaigns and helps manage replies from Gmail, Outlook, and other tools. Mail merges can start from Gmail, Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets, or Google Docs. Campaign features include tracking, scheduling, templates, attachments, audience segmentation, unsubscribe management, and conditional follow-ups. Its AI assistant sorts emails, drafts replies in the user’s tone, and rewrites, improves, or shortens messages, but the assistant is currently available only for Gmail. Mailmeteor connects with Zapier and Google Sheets automations, and sent messages can be logged in Salesforce or HubSpot through a CRM BCC address. The free Hobby plan includes 500 emails per month. Paid plans start at $5.99 per user per month, with listed daily and monthly limits by tier. Mailmeteor says it requests only essential sending permissions and keeps customer data in the Google Spreadsheet by design.
