EdSkout is a daycare management platform for childcare centers, from home daycares to multi-branch operations. It brings together attendance, fee management, staff scheduling, parent communication, food menus, activity planning, and reporting. Attendance tools include QR-code or manual check-in and check-out, duration tracking, live dashboards, parent notifications, and multi-branch reporting. Fee management supports hourly, daily, and monthly rates, automated billing, payment tracking, branch-specific fees, and reminders. Parents can view attendance, activities, meals, progress, photos and videos, messages, fee statements, and payment history. Notifications can go by SMS, email, or app push, with templates and automated reminders. EdSkout also includes CCTV integration and a lead module that records WhatsApp messages as enquiries. It says its data protection is HIPAA- and COPPA-compliant, and lists encryption, backups, access controls, and security audits among its safeguards. A 20-day free access plan includes child management, attendance, activities, notifications, menus, and basic reports.
