Edutris Fee Management
Edutris Fee Management helps schools set fee amounts, collect payments, issue receipts, and follow up on overdue fees. Schools can define tuition, transport, and other fee heads by class and term, with amounts applied to students automatically. Parents can pay online through the school’s Razorpay account using UPI, cards, or net banking; staff can record counter payments in the same ledger. Settlements go to the school’s bank account, and Edutris says payment credentials do not pass through its platform. Payments generate receipts, and staff can send SMS or email reminders to parents on the defaulter list. Email notifications, SMS, and parent-app push notifications are listed as live integrations. Collection is limited to INR, with no multi-currency support. Edutris offers a guided 30-day school pilot with onboarding and no credit card required. The Starter plan costs ₹2,999 per month for up to 250 students; higher listed tiers add student capacity and features such as an AI School Assistant, analytics, payroll, staff HR, and audit logs. The feature is aimed at accountants, principals, and parents, especially at schools collecting term or installment fees.
