In their own words

eG Enterprise

eG Enterprise is an application and infrastructure monitoring platform from eG Innovations, founded in 2001 and headquartered in Singapore. It correlates user experience, application behavior, and infrastructure health to help identify why applications are slow. Transaction tracing follows Java and.NET activity across application tiers, including errors, database queries, and remote service calls. Agentless digital user experience monitoring identifies slow pages, affected locations, and whether delays arise in browsers, networks, content, or server processing. The Web App Simulator records and replays journeys, runs scripts from multiple locations, and captures failure screenshots. Coverage spans more than 650 technologies across applications, clouds, virtualization, operating systems, storage, networks, custom applications, and containers. Deployment can be SaaS or on premises for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Service desk, orchestration, DevOps, and ServiceNow integrations support incident workflows. Pricing starts at $100 per month, with a 21-day trial and no free plan.

HP Workforce Experience Platform

HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) is a cloud-based digital employee experience service for monitoring workplace technology and guiding IT actions. It covers PCs, Macs, collaboration tools, printers, accessories, and software, using predictive analytics, device data, and survey results. WXP can recommend actions, assist users or IT with execution, and automate issue resolution. Its Workforce Experience Score combines employee sentiment, device health, security, and application performance into a 0-to-100 score. The platform supports Windows, macOS, and Android devices from different manufacturers without requiring a VPN or deep network access. Integrations include ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, and Microsoft Entra ID, with open APIs and connectors for incident and analytics workflows. HP lists Standard, Pro, Elite, WXP Print Standard, and WXP Print Pro plans, but no prices. HP says WXP is available at no additional cost to new and renewing HP Proactive Insights customers in the United States; some features require add-ons, services, or compatible hardware.
