ImmCase
ImmCase is practice-management software for Canadian immigration firms, covering clients, cases, documents, communications, billing, student recruitment, and foreign-worker files. Case tools organize reusable applicant dossiers, IRCC-structured applications, checklists, templates, eForms, and client funds. Live IRCC information includes processing times, Express Entry and PNP draws, NOC wage and occupation data, DLI schools, visa requirements, news, and forms. Separate suites manage student institutions, student files, commissions, workers, employers, job offers, and NOC codes. Built-in communication includes email, SMS, WhatsApp, logged click-to-call, and video meetings. Clients can use a branded portal for case viewing, intake, and document uploads. Firms get configurable fields, workflow automation, audit trails, roles, field-level permissions, English/Spanish/French interfaces, and white-label branding. A 7-day trial is offered.
