Reviewers can apply grading rubrics and conduct confidential blind reviews. Organizations can operate multiple programs on different timelines and use custom reporting and advanced analytics. The platform supports workflow automation, scoring and rubrics, and reviewer collaboration. New subscribers receive setup support that may include importing forms, configuring reviews and approvals, branding, and training. Basic Support is included at no additional charge and includes hourly, daily, and monthly database backups. Enhanced Support can be purchased annually with a subscription. Fees depend on subscribed usage and annual access periods, are payable in advance, and are based on documents created and stored; subscriptions allow up to 10% extra creations for errors or testing. Pricing is on request. EFS was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in McKinney, Texas.
Grantium.ai
Grantium.ai, also called GrantCore.ai, covers grant work from funding discovery and proposal preparation to submission and post-award management. It matches researcher profiles against more than 90 programs and ranks recommendations. Proposal tools include funder-specific drafting, compliance checks and simulated peer review; a predictive calendar and RSS and webpage monitoring track calls, deadline changes and policy updates. After an award, teams can manage milestones, deliverables, budgets, expense claims, tasks and collaboration. The platform supports Canadian Common CV and Narrative CV exports, including copy-ready blocks for ccv-cvc.ca. It lists English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Arabic, with right-to-left support. Deployment can be cloud SaaS, private cloud or local/offline. The maker says data is stored on Canadian servers, protected by TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, and not used to train AI models. A free plan is listed; paid pricing is on request. PIPEDA compliance is listed, SOC 2 Type II is in progress, and ISO 27001 is planned.
