In their own words
ElevatorPlus
ElevatorPlus is cloud-based service management software for elevator contractors, property managers, and service providers. It handles quotations, installation projects, breakdowns, annual maintenance contracts, preventive maintenance, leads, inventory, technician location, QR-code complaints, and MIS dashboards. Its mobile field app can capture jobs without connectivity, including checklists, photos, and customer signatures, then synchronize when a connection returns. Native connections include IndiaMART, Meta Ads, website and Google Forms, WhatsApp Business API, Tally, payment gateways, GreatHR, and MCP access for Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot. The product also offers a documented open API and an n8n automation layer. The maker says data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit, with role-based access controls and a logged audit trail. Default AWS hosting includes daily automated backups; Mumbai hosting is specified for India. Self-hosting is available in regulated markets, subject to country-specific eligibility and customization. The one-time fixed cost is not published, and mandatory annual AMC and server costs are additional.
Field Ascend
Field Ascend is a field service platform for elevator contractors managing maintenance visits, emergency repairs, inspections, dispatch, work orders, quotes, invoices, and asset history. Technicians using Android or iOS can view job details, add notes and photos, complete checklists, collect signatures, and update job status. Elevator workflows cover recurring preventive maintenance, urgent breakdown dispatch, and follow-up repairs for defects or deficiencies. Customer sites and elevator assets can be connected to earlier visits, records, and follow-up work. The mobile app stores jobs, checklists, photos, signatures, and time entries locally, then queues them to sync when connectivity returns. AI-assisted tools draft quotes and reports, analyze purchase orders, and suggest job assignments; users confirm suggested technician assignments. Where configured, QuickBooks Online workflows can sync customers, invoices, products or services, and payment status. Pro costs $13 per user per month, with a three-user minimum. A 30-day trial requires a card at sign-up. Teams may still need to maintain their own applicable compliance processes; the product is not a replacement for professional compliance judgment.
