In their own words
ElevatorPlus
ElevatorPlus is cloud-based service management software for elevator contractors, property managers, and service providers. It handles quotations, installation projects, breakdowns, annual maintenance contracts, preventive maintenance, leads, inventory, technician location, QR-code complaints, and MIS dashboards. Its mobile field app can capture jobs without connectivity, including checklists, photos, and customer signatures, then synchronize when a connection returns. Native connections include IndiaMART, Meta Ads, website and Google Forms, WhatsApp Business API, Tally, payment gateways, GreatHR, and MCP access for Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot. The product also offers a documented open API and an n8n automation layer. The maker says data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit, with role-based access controls and a logged audit trail. Default AWS hosting includes daily automated backups; Mumbai hosting is specified for India. Self-hosting is available in regulated markets, subject to country-specific eligibility and customization. The one-time fixed cost is not published, and mandatory annual AMC and server costs are additional.
Field Force Tracker
Field Force Tracker is field service management software for organizing customer data, employee jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, and operations. Its feature list includes work orders, dispatch, scheduling, inventory, quotes, invoices, contracts, reporting, employee tracking, and custom inspection forms. Native iPhone and Android apps let technicians manage or reschedule jobs, prepare quotes and invoices, collect payments, and access service information. Some job and scheduling data remains viewable offline, with notes and photos queued until connectivity returns; inventory levels and live payments require a connection. Integrations include QuickBooks Online and Desktop, plus Xero, Wave, Sage, Zapier, and Make.com. Optional API access is limited to certain accounts and plans, with webhooks currently offered for job statuses. Pricing starts at $24.99/user/mo, with a 14-day trial and no free plan. The Starter Plan costs $59.99 a month for two users, one Admin and one Mobile, and optional industry modules; a one-time onboarding, setup, and data import fee applies.
