ElevatorZip is software built for elevator contractors and elevator companies, connecting field information with estimating, proposals, and customer records. Mechanics can search more than 10 million parts by name, number, or camera scan. Guided surveys collect supplier questions on site so the office can request a quote without a second visit. Parts, photos, specifications, and building details can be assembled into supplier emails. Field photos also populate surveys, estimates, proposals, and equipment records. The app generates estimates and branded, editable proposals for e-signature. Zip CRM tracks deal flow, pipeline, sales, buildings, elevators, contracts, and jobs. Listed capabilities include an elevator asset register, inspection workflows, service dispatch, a technician mobile app, and service contract management. ElevatorZip runs on Android, iOS, and the web, integrates with most CRMs, and populates Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel estimate spreadsheets. Zip Repair costs $83 a year, billed at $83 per user per month annually.
LiftGrid
LiftGrid is a maintenance and operations platform for elevator service companies. It covers preventive maintenance, fault work orders, inspections and compliance, technician field work, invoicing, and customer communication. The native Android technician app supports offline job completion, inspection checklists, photo evidence, digital signatures, and parts logging. Checklists include EN-81 and A17.1 standards, with photos and signatures saved per job. The default deployment is cloud SaaS; private cloud and on-premises options are available on annual Enterprise contracts. Listed integrations include WhatsApp, SMS, SMTP, and Google Calendar. The Paraşüt accounting connector is live, while SAP, Logo, and QuickBooks are roadmap items. Payments are collected through PayTR, with payment links available by SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
