Elevio
Elevio delivers product guidance to customers, support agents, and internal teams through an Assistant embedded in a product or website. Users can open help content without leaving the page, and Elevio says it surfaces relevant material before ticket submission, deflecting 20% of customer tickets on average. Support staff can add in-app help hotspots with a visualizer, without developer involvement. Users can leave feedback on the help, including a note for follow-up when feedback is negative. A hosted knowledge base can be styled and configured with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, colors, content, and logos. Listed integrations include Freshdesk, Help Scout, Intercom, Slack, StatusPage, and WordPress; the pricing page also lists a JavaScript API. All plans include 1,000,000 page views. Elevio launched in 2015 and describes itself as a Melbourne-based startup serving support, customer success, product, and content teams. It is available via web and API. Plans start at $125 a month billed annually, or $155 month-to-month; a 14-day trial is available, with no free plan.

EraLMS is a web-based corporate learning platform for employee training, onboarding, compliance, talent development, and education for customers and partners. It supports interactive courses with multimedia, assessments, tests and surveys, alongside course authoring and certificates. Progress tracking, access controls and audit-ready compliance reporting support training oversight. Paid Standard, Pro and Business plans include full statistics and analytics; Freemium offers basic analytics. The Freemium plan costs nothing for three months and includes one workspace, up to 50 users and up to 20 courses. Standard, Pro and Business are each listed at $100 a month. Enterprise pricing is custom and not listed. The page also displays $120 and $2 / $3 per user for the paid plans. EraLMS is hosted as a cloud application operated by Majestara Development Limited in Cyprus, and is not provided for installation on customer systems unless configuration access is agreed in writing. The maker says the service uses certified EU-based AWS infrastructure and complies with GDPR.
