Parserr

Parserr turns information from incoming emails and documents into structured data for other systems. Users can configure extraction rules and send results through a visual interface without coding. Its processing covers invoices, documents, email, PDFs, resumes, and attachments; supported files include Word, PDF, CSV, spreadsheets, DOC, XLSX, XLS, TXT, LOG, and KML. The PDF parser can extract metadata, text, graphics such as handwritten notes, tables of contents, attachment names and IDs, scanned text, and font or style information.

Direct integrations include Excel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Power Automate, Zapier, SharePoint, SFTP, and Webhook, with more app connections through Zapier or Power Automate. The free plan costs nothing and allows 15 emails and 10 documents per month. All plans include a 30-day free trial; paid plans start at $49.99 a month. The hosted service does not include storage, so clients are responsible for saving parsed data. Parserr says browser traffic uses 256-bit SHA encryption and stored data in Amazon S3 uses AES-256 server-side encryption. It states that it is GDPR compliant and supports retrieval or deletion of personal data.
