Infodeck

Infodeck is a facility operations platform for teams coordinating maintenance, service, and governance across sites. Its shared operating record covers work orders, asset management, preventive maintenance, inventory, SLA tracking, contractor records, permits, approvals, attendance, and audit trails. Service tools include fault reporting, room and desk booking, visitor management, forms, and checklists. People can submit faults by QR code, chat bot, email, or web form and follow them through a public link without logging in. Configured sensor thresholds can open work orders, and the platform describes native LoRaWAN Network Server integration. Technicians and approvers can use iOS and Android apps with offline mode, photo upload, push notifications, and closure confirmation. Infodeck runs on the web and offers an API; self-hosting is considered case by case. It has no free tier, and trial access starts through a demo flow. Lite is $20 USD/user/mo, Basic is $40 USD/user/mo, and Pro is $65 USD/user/mo, billed annually as listed; Enterprise pricing is custom.
