BrightOrder describes EMDECS as a cloud platform with 99.9% uptime, daily automated backups, end-to-end security and SAML 2.0 compliant single sign-on. Its mobile app is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play; the technician app requires Android 7 or higher. Application support is available Monday to Friday, 5 am to 8 pm Eastern Time, and outages can be reported 24/7. Monthly plans range from $320 a month to $5,100 a month.
