A quote can begin from a lead, a customer record or a blank start, with customer details, product prices and tax rates able to populate automatically. The tool calculates line totals, markup, section subtotals, tax and final amounts, and supports customer-specific pricing, discounts, VAT and quantity tiers.

Company-wide templates can apply a logo, colours, fonts, standard terms and layout preferences. Customers can accept quotes online with built-in e-signatures and provide requested details such as purchase order numbers. Users can follow quote views, revisions and an audit trail. Accepted quotes can move into job management, inventory and invoicing, or convert into jobs, purchase orders or invoices.
