In their own words
Eneris
Eneris turns property inspection observations into reports inspectors can share with clients. Add text, photos, and videos to an inspection, then combine them in a PDF report. Templates can be adjusted for different job types, including changes to report layout and language. Inspections can be completed without Wi-Fi or cell coverage; data syncs automatically once the device is back online. Teams can track jobs and assign inspectors to help keep reports consistent.
Eneris is available on the web and on Apple and Android devices, including phones, tablets, and computers. The Free plan includes two inspections per month, and a free trial is available. Paid plans start at $48/user/mo (annual). The company says all plans include all Eneris features, unlimited cloud storage for reports, and access to a dedicated support team. Eneris was founded in 2018 and is based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. It says personal data from users outside Canada is transferred to and processed in Canada, and it cannot guarantee absolute security.
Spectora
Spectora combines home inspection reports, scheduling, payments, and client communication for solo inspectors, teams, and enterprise firms. It creates interactive web reports and PDFs with photos, video, and custom templates, while mobile reporting can work offline and synchronize later. Inspectors can collect payments, use digital agreements and e-signatures, and lock reports until payment and contract signing are complete. AI Comment Assist is included for all users; AI Message Assist is included with Advanced, and AI Report Assist is in early access. The trial has no time limit and covers two inspections, but excludes email and SMS. Spectora runs on Android, iOS, and the web, with integrations such as QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar, Zapier, and Mailchimp. Monthly Subscription costs $109 a month; Annual Subscription costs $1,090 a year. The API and read-only AI Connector come with paid subscriptions, with stated limits on account changes and report access.
