In their own words
EnterMediaDB
EnterMediaDB organizes files, notes, recordings, and company history into a searchable catalog. It supports images, video, audio, documents, PDFs, and databases, with metadata, tagging, approval workflows, version history, guest sharing, and API access. Processing includes OCR, transcription, and indexing for listed media. Smart Folders help arrange content and connect folders through relationships; projects can have multiple collaborators, while folder permissions control viewing or editing. Custom libraries can connect to Dropbox, Google Drive, or Lucid Link. Built-in extensions can send content to WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and YouTube, while APIs and plugins support CMS and PIM integrations. The product can run locally or in data centers, with customers retaining control over access. Desktop applications for Windows, Apple chip, Intel chip, and x64 sync with the web library. REST API guides cover JSON and XML operations such as searching, importing, and uploading files. Free Community Libraries costs nothing. Create Your Own Library costs $299 a month; paid support and customization plans are also listed.
