Sequence CPQ
Sequence CPQ creates web-based proposals for B2B deals with custom terms, negotiated pricing and contracts that do not fit standard templates. Quotes can use linear, volume, graduated, packaged or percentage-based pricing, along with usage tiers, ramp pricing, fee thresholds and credit burndowns. The editor supports templates, flexible content blocks, smart variables and attachments. After a quote is signed, Sequence creates a billing schedule and generates invoices that can account for usage, seats, proration, mid-cycle changes and overages. Quotes support Dropbox Sign, configurable signers and signing order, passwordless magic links and prospect activity tracking. Teams can set approval rules, receive Slack alerts, apply quote guardrails and review a timestamped audit trail. Listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, accounting and payment services; API access and webhooks are also included connector features. Sequence CPQ runs on web and through an API. Growth costs $799 a month; Core and Scale have bespoke pricing. There is no free plan, though a free trial is listed.
