In their own words
EquityPath
EquityPath helps HR professionals and attorneys identify and measure potential wage disparities across races and genders among similar workers, then model or make wage adjustments. Its graphical interface supports analysis from large groups down to individual jobs at individual establishments. Users can adjust group wages based on individual shortfalls or change employee wages individually. Statistical testing, explanatory variables, and reports support management, regulatory or legal filings, and technical analysis. Deluxe and Premium add statistical tests for EEO-1 Component 2 tables and automatic construction of EEO-1 tables for filing. Premium also includes AI compensation optimization, task assignments, progress reporting, and a team leader approval tool. It runs on the web or can be self-hosted, including on the maker’s servers, on-premise, or with a third-party provider such as AWS. A free trial can use test data or customer data on a secure server. Plans require a one-year contract and cost $1.00, $2.00, $3.00, or $4.00 per year per employee for Overview, Standard, Deluxe, or Premium, respectively; companies over 1,000 employees are directed to request special pricing.
