eRequisition vs Farexa Purchase Orders

eRequisition is web-based software for managing purchase requisitions and purchase order approvals. A request can pass through a customized workflow with up to six reviewers; after approval, it can become a purchase order in QuickBooks or NetSuite. Integrations are listed for QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and NetSuite. The Desktop connection requires an eRequisition agent on the system containing the QuickBooks company file. The standalone plan supports Excel imports for locations, vendors, items, charts of accounts, classes, ship methods, and terms. Teams can track purchases across departments, vendors, and items and analyze historical buying data. Other listed tools include email approvals, vendor creation, attachments, internal chat, configurable roles and permissions, approval limits, routing, and approval history. The homepage states that eRequisition is SOC 2 Type II certified, and plans include chat and email support. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Monthly single-user plans are $11.99 a month for QuickBooks Online, $15 a month for standalone, and $30 a month for NetSuite or QuickBooks Desktop.
