In their own words

eSentire MDR

eSentire MDR combines the Atlas platform with managed detection and response, including 24/7 security operations center coverage and human response. Atlas AI investigates and adds context to alerts to support triage, while eSentire’s Threat Response Unit hunts for threats across customer telemetry. The service includes incident response, containment, remediation and unlimited incident handling. Atlas can investigate alerts from any source through its REST API, with custom integrations available for sources outside its standard menu. Endpoint detection and response supports customer-provided CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or Palo Alto technology. Atlas Enhanced includes 90-day log retention; Atlas Elite includes 365 days. Professional and Enhanced technical support is available during business hours, while Elite technical support and security support for incidents and investigations are available 24/7. Listed packages cover 10 to 250 users; larger organizations or unusual requirements are directed to sales. Atlas Professional is $17 a month, Enhanced is $24 a month and Elite is $28 a month, billed annually as specified for 10 users. Required Launch & Optimization Services cost $2,500 a year.
