Method CRM is a customizable CRM and business management platform for small businesses. It combines lead management with tools for sales, workflows, invoices, and customer records, and it can sync in real time in both directions with QuickBooks Online or Desktop. QuickBooks integration and lead management are included in CRM Quick Start at $35 a month. CRM Pro is $59 a month and adds sales opportunities, custom opportunity stages, estimates, invoices, sales orders, and payments. CRM Enterprise is $97 a month and includes Pro capabilities, email campaigns, and advanced customer support case management. Method lists integrations including Xero, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Mailchimp, payment gateways, Zapier, and an API. Workflows, dashboards, invoices, and tasks can be customized with help from Method experts. The service runs on web, Windows, iOS, and Android; its mobile app supports contacts, activity logs, and sales opportunity updates, but does not work offline. There is no free plan; a 10-day trial starts with Pro features, with Enterprise features available during the trial.
