Knowby is a cloud-based platform for creating and delivering step-by-step instructions at the point of use. A knowby combines images or video with text, and instructions automatically translate into more than 140 languages. AI Guide Creation turns a process into a step-by-step guide. Instructions can be opened with a QR code; public knowbys can be viewed by anyone with a link without a Knowby account. Knowby says instructions work without Wi-Fi. The platform includes approval workflows, completion tracking, version control, and an audit trail for procedures. It runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Knowby describes its audience as frontline workers and teams such as field technicians, plant operators, maintenance teams, office staff, and contractors. Private knowbys cost $5 per user per month and include unlimited creation and all features. Public knowby views cost $0.02 on a paid plan. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Knowby says subscriptions have no minimum user count or lock-in contract and can be cancelled at any time.
