In their own words

Eventee

Eventee is a self-service platform for creating and publishing in-person and hybrid events. Every plan includes an event homepage, web app, and mobile app for attendees. Engagement tools include networking, matchmaking, a social wall, live questions and polls, a newsfeed, gamification, push notifications, and sponsor features. Its listed integrations span Eventbrite, GoOut, TiTo, Mitingu, Google Analytics 4, Zapier, Mailchimp, and video or meeting services including YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, Facebook Live, Zoom, SlidesLive, and Whereby. A public API is available for connecting Eventee with other platforms. Plan options include pay-per-event and annual subscriptions; capacities range from 200 attendees per event on Essential to 3,000 on Enterprise. Single-event plans provide three months of data access, compared with 12 months for annual plans. Single sign-on is unavailable on listed single-event plans, and Enterprise shows “Later 2027.” Eventee says data is stored in Amsterdam, EU, is not transferred outside the EU, and that its database is encrypted, communications use HTTPS, and it holds an ISO 27001 certificate.

HEPCon

HEPCon provides mobile and web agendas for scientific, medical, and technical events with complex, multi-track programmes. Its app keeps the programme, abstracts, and maps on the device for offline access. Attendees can search by text or meaning, see changes to the programme, and use LaTeX-rendered content; organizers can detect conflicts between parallel sessions. Agendas can be imported or synced from Indico, EasyChair, ConfTool, Confex, OpenConf, EDAS, OpenReview, Microsoft CMT, or CSV and Excel exports. Public Indico, EasyChair, and ConfTool programmes can generate a private preview in about 30 seconds; setup from exports is handled within 48 hours. Attendees may browse anonymously, and institutional OIDC sign-in is available on request. Pricing is a fixed quote based on programme complexity, not attendee count. Core is free for programmes under 50 contributions; Pro starts at €500.00 per once, and Enterprise starts at €2,500.00 per once.
