EventPro
EventPro combines venue booking, event planning and catering management in a configurable system for event professionals. Its tools include booking calendars, catering and beverage management, resource and staff management, CRM, attendee management, budgets, invoicing, reporting and floor plans. The EPConnect suite adds online bookings, event registrations, payments and related management tools. Its online payments module integrates with more than 135 payment gateways, including PayPal, Square, Stripe, Authorize.net and QuickBooks. An invoice export module supports accounting software including QuickBooks, MYOB, Sage 50, Microsoft Dynamics GP, SAP, Adept and Pastel. EventPro is available as on-premise software or as a cloud service. The on-premise edition is Windows-based and requires Windows 11 or newer and Microsoft .NET 4.7.2 or newer. EventPro Cloud works on Windows, Mac, Linux, iPad, iPhone and Android devices with internet access. A two-way API is available but requires a third-party or custom-developed program. Pricing depends on modules, users, rooms, training and organizational requirements, and is available on request.

Events500 is browser-based venue management software for sales, operations, and finance teams. It is presented for UK venues handling conferences, weddings, sports hospitality, meetings, and private events. The event diary shows activity by day, week, or month. Booking data can produce online proposals and contracts for customers to review and sign. A drag-and-drop table planner stores guest names, menu choices, and dietary requirements. A customer portal shares selected documents, seating plans, and files. Customers can pay invoices through the venue’s chosen payment provider. Online bookings can be embedded on a venue website or connected to Venue Directory’s Instant Book. Events500 includes more than 40 reports and configurable dashboards. Listed integrations include QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Finance, Stripe, Worldpay, Global Payments, Microsoft 365, Azure SSO, Gmail, Rezlynx, Artifax, Venue Directory, WedPro, Venue Performance, Meetings Intelligence, and Two Circles.
