Eventus
Eventus helps recruiters, universities and associations run events and source candidates. Its event apps include interactive schedules, navigation, checklists, real-time updates, analytics, push notifications and FAQs. Virtual career fairs use digital exhibitor booths where candidates and recruiters can network by video call, and AI-driven social media recruitment ads are available for sourcing candidates. Campus app modules cover schedules, surveys, event portals, points of interest, custom lists and tailored profiles; the campus app page lists SSO, SIS and LMS integrations. The Custom tier supports multiple events in a branded app with more control over theme, colors and logos. Community feed and chat messaging are listed as add-ons. Trial events on the event app page can be accessed by the first 10 attendees. The Value plan is priced on request, with the first 10 users free, then per-user pricing. The Custom plan is priced on request for events over 1,000 attendees. Eventus is based in Houston, Texas, and says it was founded in 2013 to bring technology to higher education.
ScanFactor
ScanFactor is paperless software for managing in-person career fairs, with features for attendees, recruiters and event hosts. Attendees can create QR profiles that share information such as a resume, LinkedIn profile and portfolio website. They can open their code in a phone browser without downloading an app and view the companies at an event. Recruiters use a digital dashboard to review candidate information, favorite candidates, add notes, filter candidates and see their connections. Interaction data can be exported as CSV for an applicant tracking system or to share with colleagues. Hosts can manage attendee preparation and check-in, encourage recruiter engagement and view real-time event insights. They also get event analytics, visualizations and raw data about activity and interactions. The Attendee and Recruiters plans each cost nothing. Hosts are charged priced on request, billed per company attending regardless of recruiter usage; the host plan includes unlimited event scans and student signups, advanced analytics, customizable attendee profiles and sales support. ScanFactor is available on Android, iOS and the web.
