In their own words
Eventzilla
Eventzilla provides event registration, attendee engagement, ticketing and check-in for in-person, hybrid and virtual events, as well as webinars. Organizers can build forms with conditional logic and configure ticket types, discounts, waitlists and approval workflows. The platform also lists attendee email, exhibitor tools and onsite check-in.
Event Hub is a branded attendee mobile app with agendas, networking, interactive sessions, notifications and navigation. Eventzilla connects to over 500 apps through Zapier, including Salesforce, Mailchimp and Google Sheets, and offers an API for custom integrations. Its listed payment gateways are PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, Authorize.net and eWay. It is positioned for conferences and conventions, online events, training and courses, and fundraisers. Free events can use a no-cost plan. Basic costs $1.50 a month, billed per registration, and includes unlimited events and free registration types plus one paid ticket or registration type. A separate plan for premium features on free events costs $49 a month.
Webex Events Onsite
Webex Events Onsite provides on-site event check-in, badge design and printing, and session check-in. Organizers can choose on-demand or distributed check-in, verify badge details, or offer Fast Track Check-in. Branding, fields, badge rules, and badge designs can be customized for attendee types. Session tools cover access management, attendance monitoring, capacity updates, education credits, and participation control. Metrics show check-in timing and location, badge-printing activity, and attendees who remain unchecked in. Listed capabilities include badge scanning, QR or barcode support, attendee data import, offline capture, lead qualification, lead enrichment, CRM synchronization, CSV or spreadsheet exports, push notifications, interactive maps, sponsor features, and messaging. Customers may use their own equipment or rent hardware through vendors; hardware purchasing should begin at least 12 weeks before an event. The Apple app requires iOS or iPadOS 16. Webex Events is available only through select Webex Suite Enterprise Agreements and cannot be purchased separately.
