Everlaw
Everlaw is a cloud e-discovery platform for litigation and investigations, covering legal holds, discovery, case building, and trial preparation. It provides native file viewing, email threading, automated redaction, batch redactions, spreadsheet and video redactions, and productions with clawbacks. Production outputs can include PDF, TIFF, PNG, JPEG, native files, TXT, DAT, CSV, and OPT. AI features include Deep Dive, Coding Suggestions, predictive coding, clustering, document summaries, and AI-assisted writing. Deep Dive returns natural-language answers grounded in evidence with citations to source documents. Single-document AI actions and Writing Assistant are included, while batch AI actions are usage-based and some require credits. Connectors cover sources such as Microsoft 365, Purview, Slack, Salesforce, OneDrive, SharePoint, Zoom, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and others. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and granular user management. Pricing is based on managed data and usage, with case or annual subscriptions, unlimited users and uploads, and pricing on request. There is no free plan.

GoldFynch is a cloud-based eDiscovery service for managing and reviewing legal case data. It automatically processes uploaded files, including OCR to make scanned text searchable. Users can search documents, emails, and images, refine results with metadata, and combine terms using Boolean operators such as AND, OR, and NOT. Reviews, redactions, and productions can be handled in the browser, with no extra production charge. Supported files and archives include PDF, PST, MBOX, MSG, EML, Office documents, TIFF, JPEG, ZIP, and RAR. Cases can be shared with unlimited users at no additional user fee, with roles and permissions controlling access.
