EverTrue is alumni relations software for educational institutions that need to track and communicate with alumni. Profiles can combine information about Facebook engagement, event attendance, career progress, interests and giving. Users can segment alumni with more than 80 filters, while dynamic engagement scores track interactions with Facebook pages and posts. TrueView adds career information and job changes to profiles. The product also supports event and volunteer management, with mobile access to alumni information. Named integrations include Eventbrite, Emma, Graduway, ThankView and Hustle; CRM integrations include Salesforce, Blackbaud CRM, Raiser’s Edge NXT, Workday, Peoplesoft and Jenzabar. Access is available on Android, iOS and web. EverTrue says it takes reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security. It also says Google API data is not shared with AI models or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Pricing is on request, and each product has its own price point. The company was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Boston.
