Fiix

Fiix is a computerized maintenance management system for organizing maintenance operations. It brings asset details, machine availability, costs, maintenance schedules and history together, with QR-code access to asset information. Teams can submit, complete and update work orders, and prioritize planned or unplanned tasks. Preventive maintenance can run on dates, meter readings, events or alarms, with automated task lists and notifications. Technicians can use the mobile app offline to view work orders and instructions and update completed tasks. Customizable dashboards and scheduled reports cover work orders, inventory and KPIs. Fiix also offers an app exchange, two-way connectors and developer resources including an open API and SDK. The service is available on Android, iOS, web and API. Its free plan includes limited users and 25 active preventive-maintenance tasks. Basic costs $45 a month per user, and Professional costs $75 a month per user. Fiix states that processed data is protected with 256-bit TLS encryption and that it averages 99.5% uptime.
