In their own words
eWaiverPro
eWaiverPro is cloud-based digital waiver software for businesses replacing paper waivers. Its form builder supports multi-page waivers, unlimited questions, interactive fields and conditional logic. Participants can sign through waiver links, QR codes or kiosk URLs that work with nearly any tablet; kiosk mode is available, but offline signing is not. Forms can collect photos of IDs, passports, insurance cards and participants, saved in the waiver PDF and as attachments. Waiver Hub lets teams search, verify, group and check in completed waivers, and add notes or photos. Listed integrations include Zapier connections and examples such as Bookeo, Acuity, Eventbrite, FareHarbor, Mailchimp, Google Drive and Salesforce. The maker says waiver and client data is hosted on encrypted cloud servers in the USA, with DDoS and malware protection and optional MFA. Signed waivers and related records remain for the life of the account and can be searched, downloaded or exported. It runs on Android, iOS and web. Monthly plans start at $25 a month for 55 submissions; above-plan submissions incur a plan-specific fee, while minors do not count toward totals. A 14-day trial is available; there is no free plan.
