In their own words

Exclaimer

Exclaimer centrally manages employee email signatures and applies legal disclaimers across outgoing messages. It works natively with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Exchange. Teams can design signatures with a drag-and-drop editor or start from ready-made templates. Employee names, titles, and numbers can sync from Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, and HRIS tools, helping keep signature details current. The service offers server-side imprinting, client-side deployment, and a hybrid option. The Starter plan is $0.90 per user per month, billed annually, and includes one organization-wide template; a 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Standard and Pro add features such as more templates, Brand Kits, scheduling, social feeds, metrics, and HRIS sync. Enterprise pricing is custom. Exclaimer also lists integrations including Workday, UKG Ready, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Workforce Now, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Facebook, Salesloft, and Outreach. It says organizations with 10 users and above can use the service and offers data-region selection under stated conditions.

Signite

Signite centrally manages and deploys email signatures for organizations using Google Workspace. Administrators can customize built-in templates and assign them to teams, roles, departments, groups, or organizational units. Signite synchronizes users, domains, directory information, organizational units, and custom attributes from Google Workspace, then applies signatures inside Gmail using secure API access without SMTP changes, email routing, or end-user setup. Premium adds banners, custom colors, linked logos, profile pictures, alias signatures, HTML download, automated synchronization and deployment, and Retina support. Organizations can schedule promotional banners and change or remove them centrally. Signite says it manages signature settings without accessing, reading, or storing email content, and does not track recipients or collect information such as opens, clicks, IP addresses, or geolocation. Signatures can display in supported Gmail apps on iOS and Android without a separate Signite mobile app. The free plan supports up to five deployed users, includes basic fields and logo, and adds Signite branding. Premium plans are $59 a year for up to five users, $106 a year for up to ten, or $198 a year for up to twenty.
