Gym Ledger manages gym memberships, payments, renewals, attendance, classes, leads, staff, and reports in one system. Member profiles, membership dates, dues, and payment history are kept together, with lead follow-up and conversion tracking also supported. Gyms can create workout plans, organize training days and exercises, and assign plans to members. Payment records cover UPI, cash, card, and bank transfers, including partial payments and outstanding balances. Pro and Max include QR and manual attendance; Max adds biometric attendance support for compatible devices. WhatsApp automation handles expiry reminders, receipts, enquiry messages, and membership updates, while using the gym's own WhatsApp number requires Max. The app runs on Android, iOS, and the web. An internet connection is required to save changes and sync devices; already-loaded data remains viewable offline, but new saves are blocked. Gym Ledger offers a free plan and a 30-day trial. Paid plans are Pro at ₹333 per month and Max at ₹499 per month, both GST-inclusive.
