In their own words
Exhibitio
Exhibitio is an event commerce platform for exhibitions, expos, markets and trade shows. Organizers can sell tickets, exhibitor booths and sponsorships, and handle applications, approvals and booth assignments. Event operations include registration, check-in, badge printing, orders, invoices and budget tools. Payments go through an organizer’s connected Stripe account and settle there; Exhibitio says it does not hold buyer funds or store card numbers. Booth and sponsorship purchases can use scheduled installments. Exhibitio integrates directly with Xero, and workspaces can connect Meta Ads, Google Ads, ExpoFP or an AI assistant. AI tools draft event copy, answer buyer questions using published event information, and extract supplier invoice details for human confirmation. A customer service agent can handle buyer questions around the clock and pass uncertain queries to the organizer. Exhibitio says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, passwords are hashed, workspaces are isolated at the database level, and customer content is not sold or used to train AI models. Plans include a free option; paid ticket sales cost $0.99 as a one-time purchase.
