In their own words
Expedience Software
Expedience Software automates proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses inside Microsoft Word. A centralized library stores approved content that teams can search while answering RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires. Microsoft Copilot integration supports drafting with that material. Excel Connect imports Excel RFPs into Word, checks answer constraints, and exports responses back to spreadsheets. The workflow supports Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook. Proposal Manager lets teams tag requirements, assign owners, track completion, and support bid/no-bid decisions. Subject matter experts and reviewers can collaborate and co-author without an Expedience license. The company says the software runs behind the customer’s firewall and does not upload proposal content to outside servers. Expedience identifies proposal and capture teams, bid managers, government contractors, professional services firms, and enterprise sales organizations as users. It runs on web and Windows, offers CRM integrations and custom branding, and is priced on request.
Propelio
Propelio is web-based proposal software for freelancers, independent studios, agencies, and other businesses pitching project work. Its editor offers 17 draggable content block types, while the template gallery lists 32 templates across 50 industries. Proposals can present packages or line items with optional add-ons, tax, and discounts; selected options are recorded with the client’s signature. Clients can open a proposal link and sign from any device without creating an account. The software tracks views, signatures, and declines and sends email notifications for key events. Teams can apply custom branding, reuse templates and sections, and assign role-based access across Owner, Admin, Editor, and Contributor roles. Links can be password-protected and given expiry dates; signed proposals receive a timestamped, sealed record. Client records hold contact details, notes, and proposal history, and approved proposals can be downloaded as PDFs. A 14-day free trial requires no credit card. One plan costs £15 a year (billed £180/year, or £15 per seat/month) with annual billing; monthly billing costs £20 a month per seat. Both list unlimited proposals and every feature included.
