ExpressEfile is a web service for preparing and electronically filing federal tax forms with the IRS or SSA. Users can generate, download or print W-2 and 1099-MISC forms for free. Before transmission, listed checks look for common errors in W-2, 1099-NEC/MISC, 940 and 941 returns. Filing status is provided instantly, with email notifications about e-file progress. Bulk filing is listed for W-2 and 1099 forms. Integrations connect 1099 workflows with Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, FreshBooks and Sage Intacct.
