In their own words
EYP Ops
EYP Ops is a restaurant operations stack that brings purchasing, inventory records and finance visibility into connected Orders, Inventory and Finance modules. The modules share item, supplier and outlet data. Orders handles purchase orders, delivery matching, invoice queues, supplier payments, returns and aging reports. Inventory records purchases, recipe consumption, transfers, waste, production and count adjustments as immutable movements linked to source documents. It compares recipe-based expected consumption with actual period consumption to calculate food cost. Finance covers accounts payable, cash registers, bank reconciliation, P&L views and QuickBooks Online export workflows. Listed integrations include Orion POS, QuickBooks Online CSV export, bank CSV import, WhatsApp Business links, SMTP email, Excel and CSV imports, and invoice image OCR. EYP Ops is intended for Dubai and GCC restaurant groups and food-service teams, and runs on Android, iOS and web. Core costs $179 a month with a 12-month commitment, billed monthly; Growth costs $299 a month with the same commitment. The product is in beta, and its guided 14-day trial is limited to one outlet.
