EZChildTrack
EZChildTrack is online childcare management software for program directors, site coordinators, and staff at afterschool programs, daycare services, summer camps, and other childcare organizations. Its browser-based service works on laptops, PCs, tablets, and mobile devices, with Android and iOS apps also listed. Parents can register and enroll online, make payments, arrange automatic payments, and view invoices, transactions, and tax statements. Automated billing covers tuition, late payments, late checkout charges, subsidies, and payment plans, with invoices or statements sent by email. Attendance can be recorded from computers, tablets, or phones, or through PINs, badges, scanners, card readers, and printed rosters. Reporting includes dashboards, customizable and standard reports, Excel export, and more than 50 pre-designed reports. Agency accounting tracks subsidized fees, invoices, receivables, co-payments, and subsidy-based enrollment. Integrations include QuickBooks, EZReports, and EZComEd; Forte Payment Systems and CardConnect handle payment processing. The maker states there is no user limit.
