EZFacility
EZFacility is scheduling and management software for sports, fitness and recreation facilities. Drag-and-drop tools help manage facility and league bookings and prevent scheduling conflicts. The system also supports billing, payment tracking, recurring billing and processing through EZPayments. Members can use a self-service portal to update payment information, pay balances, view schedules, book sessions and register for programs. Online registration includes multi-enrollments, guest checkout, discount codes and Smartwaiver digital liability waivers. Branded iOS and Android apps let members check schedules, book sessions, receive push notifications and use a digital membership card. Reports cover financial, payroll, marketing, membership and point-of-sale data, with CSV, PDF or XLSX export. EZFacility lists integrations with Smartwaiver, Zoom and QuickBooks Online. Its payment page lists credit, debit, ACH, EFT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap-to-pay and card-on-file options. Founded in 2003, EZFacility is based in Woodbury, New York.
