It serves general, specialty, emergency, and multi-location practices. Automated billing adds charges for exams, treatments, and notes as work is completed. Practices can order IDEXX tests and have normalized results returned to patient records through IDEXX VetConnect PLUS. More than 100 certified partner integrations cover workflows including diagnostics, payments, and communications; API access supports custom tools, integrations, and reporting. The ezyVet Go mobile app records clinical care information and can work offline. Scheduling includes website and client portal booking, email and SMS reminders, telehealth, recurring appointments, and calendar sync. The cloud service is accessible across devices and includes automatic software enhancements. Pricing starts at $199 a month, with packages varying by practice size; another listed plan is $260.50 a month. Pricing includes unlimited 24/7 support. Security measures include encryption, role-based access, and two-factor sign-ins on AWS infrastructure, and ezyVet has SOC 2 Type 2 compliance based on an independent audit.
