In their own words

Featul

Featul is a web workspace that brings customer feedback, roadmaps, and changelogs together for product teams, including SaaS teams. Customers can submit requests, vote, comment, and attach files through a public feedback portal. Teams can review requests, merge overlapping posts, and keep internal comments private; the public page can show planned work and shipped updates alongside feedback. An in-app widget lets customers browse feedback, submit ideas, vote, view the roadmap, and read updates without leaving the app. People can participate without a workspace login, and names can be masked on public boards. Teams can use a Featul subdomain or point their own domain to the portal. Integrations include Slack and Discord notifications and a Notra changelog import; Canny, Nolt, and ProductBoard migration connections are marked as coming soon. Featul says its service is hosted in the EU. Its privacy policy describes access controls, encryption, secure development practices, and regular monitoring. The Free plan costs nothing and allows 3 team members, 5 boards, 10 changelog entries, and 5 tags.

UserJot

UserJot brings feedback management and customer support tools together for web and API use. Teams can collect requests on feedback boards, publish a roadmap and changelog, and place a widget inside their product with feedback, updates, and live chat. Juno answers from a team’s docs and website, then passes unresolved conversations to the team in the same thread; forwarded support email shares an inbox with chats. Requests, votes, statuses, roadmap items, and changelog posts are connected, so teams can update voters when work ships. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients can connect, and the same actions are available through a REST API. Paid plans include Slack integration, though request creation is limited to admins and owners and notifications are read-only. The free plan is free and includes two boards and three admin roles. Starter costs $29 a month; Professional costs $59 a month. Live chat and Juno are in beta and not included in plan prices.
