In their own words
Fee Free Ordering
Fee Free Ordering provides independent restaurants with online ordering, reservations and AI phone answering, with 0% commission on direct orders. Restaurants can offer pickup, delivery, dine-in and catering through a branded ordering page. The service works on the web, iOS and Android. Its order app turns an iPhone, iPad or Android tablet into an order station and can alert staff about unaccepted orders. Restaurants also get reports, a customer list with CSV export and promotions. Nabil AI takes phone orders through the restaurant's existing checkout and sends them to a kitchen display and ticket printer; it checks orders against the menu, reads back items and totals, and passes allergy questions to staff. Online payments can go to the restaurant's own Stripe or PayPal account, and Driver Pool uses Shipday's driver network. The free Core ordering platform is limited to 100 orders per month; paid add-ons remove that cap. Listed monthly options include Custom Domain at $9.99 a month, unlimited orders at $14.99 a month and Multi-Location at $49.99 a month.
Uber Eats
Uber Eats lets customers browse restaurants, place food orders, and arrange delivery through Android, iOS, or the web. Customers can search by restaurant or cuisine, then see their address, estimated delivery time, and total order price—including tax and delivery fee—at checkout. The app shows delivery progress on a map alongside the delivery person’s name and photo. Grocery delivery is available from participating stores, with availability dependent on the customer’s address. For group orders, a team can share a link, choose items individually, and have one person pay and track delivery. Customers with an Uber account can use that same account to order. After placing an order, they can contact Support through the app’s Help section. Restaurants can receive orders directly in their point-of-sale systems through integrations; listed partners include Clover, Lightspeed, Olo, Square, and Toast. The free plan has no monthly fee, though order fees and item prices apply. Uber One costs $9.99 a month or $96 a year, with a $0 delivery fee and up to 10% off only on eligible orders and where benefits are available.
