Feending is alumni management software for universities, business schools and alumni associations, combining graduate records, communication, events, networking and engagement data. Its database holds profiles, segments and participation indicators, and messages can be targeted by graduation year, degree or interest. Event tools manage sign-ups and attendance for reunions and networking; AI recommends connections between alumni. The platform also supports mentoring, community spaces, email campaigns, engagement analytics, memberships and fee management. Listed connections include Stripe and Redsys for payments, HubSpot and Salesforce for CRM, Power BI, WordPress and LinkedIn profile import. A public API supports workflow automation, profile and user synchronization, registration and website access. Feending is available on web and through an API.
