Related products extend the offering into church finances, donations, mobile access, worship planning and websites. FellowshipOne Financials includes ledger, payroll, receivables, payables and reporting, as well as fund accounting and stated GAAP and FASB117 support. FellowshipOne Giving accepts donations through website forms, mobile apps, text messages and kiosks, and supports recurring giving and custom reports. The product set includes a church leader app and MinistryOne for members; the company says MinistryOne is included with all church management plans. WorshipPlanning supports volunteer scheduling, worship flow editing, presentations, song organization and permission-controlled file storage. Pricing is available by contacting a consultant for a tailored solution. The company describes its church management software as serving churches from small church plants to very large multi-campus organizations.
One Church Software
One Church Software’s accounting module provides fund accounting for churches, tracking unlimited restricted and unrestricted funds with real-time balances. Contribution batches post to the general ledger, while Plaid connections import bank transactions multiple times per day. The module handles bills, recurring payables, bulk payments, payment history, and check printing. Churches can make annual budgets by fund and compare them with actual income and expenses. Reports include a Statement of Activities, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Budget to Actual, and General Ledger, exportable as PDF or CSV. Accounts receivable invoices can be paid by credit or debit card or ACH through One Church Giving. The accounting module is a separate add-on to a One Church subscription, though the Financial Plan includes it. The add-on costs $36 a month, and the page offers a 30-day trial without a credit card. The accounting page says bank connections are read-only, credentials are not shared with One Church Software, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
