It brings property management together with reservations, front desk operations, financials, housekeeping, and maintenance. Its booking and revenue tools cover OTA distribution, direct bookings, upsells, reservation management, and yield optimization; guests can book, manage, and pay online. Reporting ranges from quick performance snapshots to accounting and operations views. The open API supports real-time, two-way exchange for inventory, rates, booking engines, POS, and CRM systems, and the maker lists more than 100 technology partners. RMS advertises 530+ API endpoints, a developer sandbox, documentation, and dedicated API support. Accelerate includes accounting and financials, batch invoicing and statements, reporting and analytics, housekeeping, and maintenance.
