In their own words

Field Ascend

Field Ascend is a field service platform for elevator contractors managing maintenance visits, emergency repairs, inspections, dispatch, work orders, quotes, invoices, and asset history. Technicians using Android or iOS can view job details, add notes and photos, complete checklists, collect signatures, and update job status. Elevator workflows cover recurring preventive maintenance, urgent breakdown dispatch, and follow-up repairs for defects or deficiencies. Customer sites and elevator assets can be connected to earlier visits, records, and follow-up work. The mobile app stores jobs, checklists, photos, signatures, and time entries locally, then queues them to sync when connectivity returns. AI-assisted tools draft quotes and reports, analyze purchase orders, and suggest job assignments; users confirm suggested technician assignments. Where configured, QuickBooks Online workflows can sync customers, invoices, products or services, and payment status. Pro costs $13 per user per month, with a three-user minimum. A 30-day trial requires a card at sign-up. Teams may still need to maintain their own applicable compliance processes; the product is not a replacement for professional compliance judgment.

Tiliom Elevate

Tiliom Elevate is a lift and elevator management platform for lift service companies, available on Android, iOS, and the web. It combines an elevator asset register with inspection workflows, preventive maintenance, service dispatch, and service contract management. Teams can schedule maintenance, assign engineers, optimize routes, track performance, and receive predictive maintenance alerts. Fault records can include incident details, severity, emergency callouts, and repair history. Compliance tools cover LOLER examination records, test schedules, electronic certificates, insurance documents, digital signatures, defect tracking, risk assessments, method statements, safety documentation, and version-controlled audit trails. A customer portal lets clients view lift status, book services, and access documents. Contracts, quotes, automated invoicing, and financial reporting are included. The natural-language AI assistant provides lift status, maintenance history, upcoming schedules, and predictive insights; the site says it is available 24/7 with emergency support. Pricing is on request through [email protected].
