portatour provides automatic route planning and territory optimization for field sales teams making customer visits. Its planner can revise schedules after cancellations and factor in visit urgency, business hours, and other considerations. Territory Optimization presents up to seven scenarios for assigning customers among field representatives. Customer lists can be imported from Excel, CSV, or ODS files, and the maker lists integrations for Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Veeva CRM, and Zoho. An HTTPS API supports automated import and export; it is included with company accounts and available from two field service licenses. The web application can keep important data in browser storage for offline access. The maker says it uses in-house heuristic algorithms rather than external AI or LLM providers, and says it is ISO 27018 and ISO 27001 certified, with data hosted in a secure Vienna data center. The SaaS product has no perpetual license. A one-person trial lasts 30 days, needs no credit card, and ends automatically. Pricing is per person per month, billed quarterly or annually in advance; prices are not displayed.
